QVTo Trace Editor doesn't show properties of elements [message #1717595] Tue, 15 December 2015 02:50 Go to next message

Hi

I'm using QVTo 3.5.0.v20150603-1058.

I can't see any properties of objects (see attached screenshot). How can I fix it?

Also I've attached the trace.

HI

It's a standard EMF editor. Use "Show Properties View" to see the
Properties View.

In Properties View I can see only properties of qvtotrace-file (path, size, last modified, ...).

I've got it! I saw element properties in debug mode:

There is a real classes (Model, Package, ...) Instead of EObjects and real properties.

Is it impossible to see the same detailed information not only in debug mode but also in simple QVT Trace Editor?

Hi

Correction: You can Open with the Sample Reflective Ecore Editor to get
the really standard EMF editor, with a Properties View.

The Operation QVT Trace Editor is a customized view in which all the
properties are represented in the visible text.

However neither editor allows you to trace from the EObject reference to
the EObject, which is where you could find more information.
