Currently, way too much information.
But at the same time some clarity would help. For example, directly replacing a variable and not showing the get-item test , summary report for internal procedure operations...

Hi Andre,

You will need to change a report logic to create a customer report.

We have the instruction for Q7 (Q7 is a Commercial "ancestor" of RCPTT) product here: http://help.xored.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=1376500#WritecustomreportrendererextensionforQ7-Overview

So you may try to use it for now, but please use the corresponding rcptt plugin names (org.eclipse.rcptt instead of com.xored).

Optionally, we could do it for you as a part of Professional Support.
