Every time I restart my computer Eclipse breaks [message #1717060]

When I install Eclipse it works perfectly, no problem, however, when it gets switched off and I try to open Eclipse again it doesn't open at all. There is no error code so I don't really know what is wrong with it. I've done some research on this issue and I can't really come to a conclusion of what is actually wrong with it.
