(just as a comment, I can´t belive there is no general forum here, apart from NEWCOMERS, for asking questions regarding the IDE in general and Eclipse in general. Is there? maybe that´s why there is so many emails here in this forum).

I work somewhere where it is not possible to use internet. But they allow us to bring in stuff from a secure network.
I need to add a plugin from the marketplace but I don´t find the way to actually download it and bring it to the closed system.
