Hi,

We have created a basic version of a Kura code generator and we are currently in discussion with the colleagues from Kura if we host it in the Vorto GitHub repo or if we contribute it to the Kura project. After we have answered this question the sources will be publicly available.

I'll keep you up-to-date!

Hi,

we at Generative Software already have a code generator to generate a Kura application. Our generator is not developed by using the Vorto API for generator development but by using the so-called Virtual Developer API of our Virtual Developer Platform (for more details please see https://www.virtual-developer.com). Our code generator directly accesses the Vorto repository through its REST API. We are thinking about providing the generator as an open source project.

Also, we are currently developing a tighter integration of our Virtual Developer Platform with Vorto. With this it will become easy to develop, deploy and host code generators that consume Vorto information models.

We will write more about all that once our Kura code generator is publicly available and you can try it out yourself.
