Navigator: "Clean Project" option [message #1715144] Thu, 19 November 2015 10:05 Go to next message

In the Navigator view when I right click on my project it opens a window where I can select: Build Project, Close Project, Close Unrelated Projects, etc....

How do I add a "Clean Project" option?

I'm using Indigo Service Release 2.

Indigo is really, really old, so I don't know that anyone will provide help specific to it. But in general, that option is not available on the context (right-click) menu; I've never seen it exposed there, including in the latest (Mars) release.

Having said that, from your description I can assess that you don't have Build Automatically turned on. Why is that? Why do you feel the need to invoke Clean on a project frequently enough to want it on the right-click menu?
In general, cleaning a project is seldom used because Eclipse's incremental compilation is so effective and efficient. (speaking about Java).
