Hi there,

I'm experiencing a strange behaviour, when I'm traversing through the columns of a table by pressing the TAB key.

When leaving a a SmartColumn the content of it gets deleted although I didn't do any thing but traversing through the columns.

But if I first activate the SmartColumn by a mouse click and then moving the focus out from the SmartColumn by pressing the TAB key the content remains unchanged.

Any idea how I can prevent this?

Thx

Peter

Hi Peter,

Thank you for this report. I am trying to reproduce this issue.
Which UI are you using again? Swing, SWT or RAP?

Could you share some code or some screenshots to help me?

Thank you in advance.

Jérémie

Hello Jeremie,

I appreciate your help. I attached a screencast and my form source code.

I hope, you can me point into the right direction.

BTW it happens with the RAP client.

Thanks

Peter

Hello again,

I tried to reproduce the same behaviour in the Swing Client.

If a press the TAB key, release it, wait 1 second and then press the TAB key again (this means slowly pressing the TAB key), the content of the SmartColumn stays as it is and does not disappear.
If I keep the TAB key pressed and let the cursor traverse through the controls quickly, the content of the SmartColumn disappears immediately.

Regrads,

Peter
