| How to disable a feature without Eclipse Configuration Manager? [message #327854] | Tue, 06 May 2008 07:54  |  |
| Eclipse User  |  |  |  |  | Hi,
 I installed a plugin that causes Eclipse to crash on startup. I've already
 posted a bug to the plugin vendor.
 I want to disable the feature, but I can't since Eclipse does not start,
 therefore I can't access the Help->Software Updates->Manage Configuration
 menu.

 ¿Is there a way to do this? ¿Maybe editing a configuration file?

 Thanks,

 Mariano.

| Eclipse User | | | | | You could remove the plug-ins and features from the the "plugins" and "features" directories and then start Eclipse with "-clean" on the
 command line.
