I use cross table im my BIRT report and get the "Total" aggregation.
Now I want to add a column in the table for computing the resolution rate,
index.php/fa/23864/0/

what should I do?
Attachment Excel file is my data source and the picture is my requirement(please pay attention to the red column which I want).
