I am using Eclipse CDT Mars 4.5.1 This is strictly a make project with existing code. For the source I have a set of linked directories that connect to the project on a remote server. I would like to switch some of these directories based upon the project configuration. So far I don't see a way to do this.

I apparently cannot use "Build Variables" for project paths. The "Path Variables" are available for project paths but are fixed and not dependent on project configuration.

Is there a way to do this?
