Hello everyone,
I am a beginner using Sirius. I've created a Modeling project, where the base package is called bip2.ujf.verimag.bip.packaging and I want to make a Node in a Diagram Representation which Domain Class is outside of this base package, but it is still in the same *.ecore file, namely the package of the node is bip2.ujv.verimag.bip.types and the class is AtomClass.
Is there a way to do this?

I don't know if this completely answers to your question but in
EcoreTools [1], there is the capability to display classes of an other
package. In the joined screenshot, the class C1ofp1 is displayed in the
diagram of package p2 (but C1ofp1 is a class of package 1). For that, it
uses a "not synchronized mapping" [2] and a "selection wizard" tool [3].
