External Tools not appearing in Launch Toolbar on Mars.1 [message #1712264]

Good morning.

I am attempting to add External Tools to the Launch Toolbar as such.

index.php/fa/23659/0/

However, I never see it in the Toolbar.

index.php/fa/23661/0/

What am doing wrong? I can run it from the Menu, but not from the Launch Toolbar.

This was odd. I just deleted my Mars installation, but kept my .metadata and workspace intact. I then reinstalled via the Installer from the XInternet mirror in Indiana. I chose the JEE setup. I now have the external toolbar. Question
