Major Newbie answers:

In the Package Explorer view, right click on the project, then left click Delete

In the delete pop-u screen, choose a delete option. You can delete the project from Eclipse without removing it from your workspace, or both, in which case it is irretrievable.

If you choose to delete it from Eclipse without removing it from your workspace, you can import the project if you change your mind.
