We followed the : But wasn't able to succeed by seeing the IPP or stardust IDE

1) We downloaded Eclipse Mars
2) Then configured and installed Eclipse Process Manager items from Help menu => Install New softwares screen
3) Restarted Eclipse

According to the second video in above link (IPP_Tutorial_Part_2_-_Setting_up_the_Environment), we expect the IPP to be available in Start->Programs right?
From every available online help, we understood the way to install stardust is as like the above given 3 steps. We didn't find anything to install IPP separately neither any downloads.

So please advice how to get Stardust/IPP in our eclipse program.

Waiting for an early reply
Thanks in Advance
