Hi

while testing my DSL against Xtext 2.9 nightly I noted that during the
build and the execution of the mwe2 workflow (using the fornax plugin)
the AntlrToolFacade always downloads the
http://download.itemis.com/antlr-generator-3.2.0-patch.jar

(see https://travis-ci.org/LorenzoBettini/xsemantics/builds/83644357#L1152 )

However, I have de.itemis.xtext.antlr.feature.feature.group in the
target platform and indeed this does not happen when I build against
Xtext 2.8.

is this a regression?

This only happens in the headless build: in the Eclipse workbench this
never happens (even with Xtext 2.9)
