>Installed 'Java SE Development Kit 8' (x32 bit)
>Afterwards extracted 'Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers' using winrar and then clicked on the application.
>An image appears of the program for a second then is gone.

What is the problem and how can I resolve it? Thank you.
