Hi,
I created an Edition Table Description. My purpose is to have a cell with multilines text in it.

I read the tables documentation but I cannot figure out what is meant with
"the property edited with the cell is declared as multi-line".

I have an 'EString Attribute' called body inside the ecore class diagram. In the odesign file I set this 'Attribute' inside the 'Label Edit' with a 'set Operation'. That allows me to edit the cell but all text appears in one line.

Help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

The "multi-line" property is set in your metamodel's .genmodel: in the
properties of the EAttribute, inside the "Edit" category, change the
"Property multi-line" to "true" (and regenera/re-deploy your metamodel).

IIRC, you will not get a multi-line cell directly inside the table, but
when the cell is selected, a "[...]" button will open a multi-line
dialog to edit the value.

Pierre-Charles

The button show up inside the "Properties" tab. Demonstrated in the Picture below.

I'm facing two problems now.
I did not get the "up/down arrow" as described in the documentation.

The documentation also describes:
Under all systems, to finish the edition of a multi-line text, you need to use Ctrl+Return. Hitting Return will simply add a new line.

This functionalies only works if there is only one line "Feature".

Feature Name: body (work)
Feature Name: * (fail)

I hope you could help me with this issues too.
