I noticed in the release notes that starting in 1.2.1 wifi is supported. In particular there two lines caught my eye:

* Added support for non cfg80211 wifi modules
* Added support for wifi on Raspberry Pi

Where could I find some documentation on how to configure and use this new support?

Hi Mike,
Wifi on Raspberry Pi should be configured in a same way as on other platforms using the 'Wireless' configuration tab of wlan0 interface. We added support for not cfg80211 wifi modules to allow more wifi usb dongles to be used on Pi. Note that some cheap wifi dongles (e.g. TRENDnet TEW-648UBM) don't support access-point mode. Do you have a problem with wifi on Raspberry Pi?

I'm all good. Just wanted to see if there was anything special.

Thanks.

Hello
I have just bought the latest raspberry pi 2 B v1.1 1Go.
I have configure it to enable wifi with a dongle.
It works

as soon as I install kura 1.3.0, it breaks the wifi.
And no way to retrieve it, any idea why?

Thanks

Hello,

When you say "breaks the wifi", do you mean you lose your connectivity? If you install the standard version of Kura, it will provide services to control your networking interfaces. This means it will override your WiFi settings. You will need to use the Kura web UI to edit your WiFi settings. There are "no networking" installation files that will install Kura without the network services. This will allow you to manually control your network interfaces.

Thanks,
--Dave
