Unable to start eclipse [message #1707403]

Eclipse User

I am trying to load my workspace and get the following error,

An internal error occurred during: "Setup check".
java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Users\Chrisopher\OneDrive\work\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.oomph.setup\workspace.setup (The file cannot be accessed by the system)

I currently use Eclipse Mars
