Good day folks,
We have an RCP app in development that attempts to run on Win, OSX,
and Linux. We have a very strange problem that seems to arise only on
linux - createAndRunWorkbench returns PlatformUI.RETURN_UNSTARTABLE
Does anyone know of what possible conditions cause this? The javadoc
is not very verbose, and noone I know personally has ever seen this
before.
Any clues?
Many thanks,
greg

Hi Boris,
No, the log file (.metadata/.log, I think?) is completely empty.
Strange, eh? I have tried stepping through Workbench.runUI() but am
not seeing any exceptions being thrown - but I confess that I am not
finding it very clear to see what is going on. I'll try again and see
if I can narrow it down.
Thanks,
greg
