This is the issue:

index.php/fa/23062/0/

Its the flickering white bar, I would Like it to go back to how it normally is where it is thin. Its really annoying me and its confusing in my code.

It looks like you've enabled "Insert" mode; most keyboards have a key dedicated to toggling it on and off (usually located near the Delete and/or PrtScr keys.
