Can anyone help me out in selectively enabling Hyperlink which drills down to another report in BIRT reporting?

Like for example, in my initial BIRT report, I have two attributes. ATTR1 and ATTR2. Say there are 5 records. Now I want to enable a hyperlink to the values of ATTR2 which drills down to another report. However, the hyperlink should be enabled only on 3 values out of 5 basing upon some condition. The other two values should be simple texts. Is it possible? Kindly suggest.
