Hi All,

I want to execute a feature when GraphicalEditor opens to display a ContainerShape. So when the user opens the editor, it is already displaying the ContainerShape.

Is there a best approached to do this? Sometimes I get the null pointer when accessing the graphical viewer of the editor when opening it.

Thanks,
Ken

Ken,

I would suggest to better create a diagram file (outside of the editor in a special action or the editor open action), add the shape there and then open the diagram editor. Something like that is done in the tutorial "Add all classes" action contained in the context menu of the project.

HTH,
Michael
