Can you please tall me where I can download EEF 1.5 for obeodesigner.
I can see only version 1.3 on eclipse.org/eef

You'll find it in the Eclipse Mars Update site in the "Modeling" category :

If you are using Obeo Designer, it already references a pre-registered
Obeo Designer update site, see [1] and [2]. The update site contains the
version of component on which the homologation was done.

From your Obeo Designer bundle, you just have to go to Help > Install
new Software... and select the Obeo Designer Community Edition update
site in the "Work with:" combo.

This update site contains EEF SDK in the "Obeo Designer Community
Edition - Extensions" category.

Obeo Designer CE 7.0.1 is based on Luna and references Sirius 2.0.3 and
EEF 1.3
Obeo Designer CE 8.0.0 is based on Mars and references Sirius 3.0.0 and
EEF 1.5
