Eclipse User

Is there a way to prevent the "description" under a Section (created
with Section.DESCRIPTION) from taking focus? This behavior can be seen
on any Section with a description, e.g. in the Overview page of the PDE
plugin manifest editor.

I believe that in most use cases, the user would not want the
description Text control to take focus, but rather allow focus to pass
to the next editable control.
