I am trying to install Github/OpenHAB via the new installer. I use OS-X 10.10.4 in English, installer 1.1.0 build 1516.
My first attempt was kind of working, I downloaded the installer, got the whole list of eclipse and github folders and selected the OpenHAB one. This installed eclipse, but not the OpenHAB github repo, so I only got an empty eclipse install.
So I tried again, and until now always only get the products in the screenshot attached. I cannot somehow refresh it to get github or all eclipse folders back.
I tried these things:
- delete the installer, download it again
- delete everything in the dir where I unzipped (Downloads), flush trash, download it again
- delete the workspace and install dir of the first try (the ws was empty anyway)
- try to launch installer without network connection: no difference, except the refresh icon would have a red "x" on it. When reenabling the network, I could hit refresh but nothing would happen. The url shown on the tooltip of the refresh button seems to point to a non-existing content.xml
- delete all kind of files I thought could be relevant:
rm -rf .eclipse/
rm -rf ./Library/Caches/org.eclipse.oomph.setup.installer.product/
rm -rf ./Library/Saved\ Application\ State/org.eclipse.oomph.setup.installer.product.savedState/
rm -rf .p2/
- check with dtruss and look at all accessed files, but could not find anything else
Any ideas? I tried this the first time yesterday, so I might do something trivial wrong.

FWIW. I've just promoted a new milestone build of the installer. Please run the self-update and try again. Maybe there
was a problem and it's solved now. The current build is #1595.

Have you tried to contact Kai Kreuzer, the owner of the OpenHAP project setup? You can try via 470510: Please include

That screenshot shows the first "Product" page, with which you don't seem to have an issue. A screenshot of the second
"Projects" page would have been more helpful to see your problem with the OpenHAP project. Can you send that screenshot,
please?

I'm not sure what you mean. You seem to confuse the Product with the Projects page. We removed all refresh buttons a
couple months ago becaue refresh now happens automatically in the background.
