Hello,

I am using Code Composer Studio v6.1 from TI and they were not able to answer my question. Please see e2e.ti.com/support/development_tools/code_composer_studio/f/81/t/440065.

What is the purpose of 1020166723 in "com.ti.ccstudio.buildDefinitions.C2000_6.2.compilerID.OPT_FOR_SPEED.1020166723"? also, what would cause it to change?
