Proxy servlet not properly initialized. httpServiceRuntimeImpl is null [message #1701406]

Hi,
I m trying to deploy the RAP demo application weblogic 12 c Application server . Same Application works fine on jboss eap 6 and websphere 8 .In weblogic i get below error when i access application.
