Is there any easy way to see the values of variables defined in the Debug Configuration? I'm talking about things like 'build-files', 'projects_log','system_path', etc. as in the attached image.

Are these documented anywhere beyond the one-sentence description? (can't find anything specific in Eclipse user docs).

No, some only have a value at the time/place you use them, and some take
arguments that might depend on the selection at the time/place you use them.

I don't think so. These things are contributed via and extension point,
so there won't be a central place that describes them all.
