As it's a long holiday in the Unites States, you'll lose a lot of that
contingent until Monday. And, as we've arrived at the weekend, things
quiet down anyway no matter the country. So, understand that you're not
being ignored. I don't personally know anything about this issue, so I
don't have an answer for you.

Yes, it's hot like that here in the Rocky Mountains (high deserts), but
it is ordinary at this time of year to reach well beyond 100°F (> 37°C).
This week we hit over 100° three days. Further south, near Phoenix, it
hits in the 110°-120°F range. At least the heat is dry, so it's not like
a sauna. But, if I lived in Phoenix, I'd have to have a pool.
Personally, I find a rock and crawl under it.
