Eclipse Refuses to Run File [message #1698757]

I have a file that is very clearly in my current workspace, in the src folder, and in the default packaege. Other Java files within this folder run just fine, but Eclipse will not give me an option to compile and run the EditerV2.java file (see screenshot attached) when I attempt to use the green play button.

You didn't show the entire file, but you're certain there is a proper main method?
