| WindowBuilder does not install on Mars SR3 [message #1697009] |

Trying to install WB on latest Mars RC3 fails with the error below.
I tried with previous releases of Mars (RC2a and RC1) and all goes well.
My environment is:
- Windows 8.1 64 bit
- Java 7 64bit
- Eclipse Mars 64bit RC3 Build id: I20150528-0700
Any hint?
