TitleAreaDialog message is cut off if it is longer than 2 lines [message #326189]

It seems TitleAreaDialog limits the title message area to be 2 lines so
that if the message is longer, it would be cut off. Is this working as
designed? Is it possible to dynamically increase the dialog's width if
the message is longer than 2 lines? Or any other workaround?
