Eclipse shows only welcome page [message #1696112]

Hi,
I'm new using Eclipse, i've been trying the last couple of days to use it but it shows only the welcome page.
I'm trying to create Android application projects or Java projects and everything looks fine (it does not show any error) and it does create the files but it doesn't show anything but the welcome page.
I'm using Windows 7 Sp1 64bit and Eclipse Luna Service Release 2 (4.4.2).
