Thank you for looking at this. I have checked on the web and in the forum and am not able to drive the answewr from those sources.
Jubula version is 8.1.0
OS is Windows 7
Browsers used are MSIE 8 and FF 34.0.5 with Firebug installed.
The project pages under test are developed using IBM RAD and are portlets.
The test logs into the application and then should open a specific page using the menu.
I have run the test under both MSIE and FF. It passes all steps when executed (file attached), but the click is not changing the page in the test. When manually manipulating the page clicking the menu changes the page.
The technical componenet is shown as a Graphics Component. The HTML Hierarchy shown does not match that I see in FireBug.
The HTML Editor in Fire bug shows this:
<div id="menu-wrapper">
<div class="menu-container">
<div class="navHolder">
<ul class="nav">
<li>
<a href="/wps/myportal/sp/Home/supplier-portal" class="wpthemeSelected" data-nm-level="1" data-nm-primed="{"id":"Z6_KG9EH001JG5SF0AGNUD0QR28P5","locale":"en","title":"Home","isPrivate":false,"roles":["User"],"type":"STATICPAGE","children":[],"metadata":{"com.ibm.portal.layout.template.ref":"dav:fs-type1/themes/Portal8.0/layout-templates/1ColumnMyG/","com.ibm.portal.friendly.name":"supplier-portal","com.ibm.portal.static.page.file.name.html":"layout.html"}}"><div class="navItemButton">
Home
<span class="wpthemeAccess"> currently selected
</span></div></a>
</li><li>
<a href="/wps/myportal/sp/Home/report-center" class="wpthemeSelected"><div class="navItemButton">
Supplier Report Center
</div></a>
<ul>
<li>
<a href="/wps/myportal/sp/Home/report-center/supplier-search" class="wpthemeSelected">
Employee Supplier Report Search
</a>
</li>
Your assistance is solving this issue is appreciated. I do not know if the Object mapping is incorrect or I am slecting the incorrect test case.
Thank you,
Bill
