SWTBot run application in another mode then exported apllication [message #1694742]

Dear All

I try to find a solutions for the following problem.
Preconsitons
- I have legacy RCP Application
- I've install corresponded SWTBot plugin to Eclipse (Luna 4.4.1)
- I wrote simple test for checking preference page of my application (via JUnit4)

When I run SWTBot plugin via Run As menu (using Run As SWTBot test) I observe that preference page of my application is difference in comparison with Preference Page when I run apllication via product file. Under SWT it contains a lot of options that are not displayed in usual mode. I suppose the SWTBot starts my application in difference mode or with difference options. Could anybody to help in resolving this problem. Main question is what is correct mode for start application under SWTBot. Why prefernce page demonstrate difference behavior in case I start unit test under SWTBot and in case I started application that previousluIy is exported. Suppose also that problem is hidden in JUnit runner may be.

Hi

in your launch configuration, have you specified to run your product or
are you using the default? In the latter case, it will run org.eclipse.sdk
