Does Java Project from Existing Ant Buildfile removed from Eclipse Juno?

How can i access that in Android developer tools(ADT)?

No, it was not removed from Juno, but Juno has different downloads available for it--some include the Java and Ant tools, others do not. The question is: which one (as in the exact file name) did you download?

As for ADT, https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/t/225513/ . You may also want to look into AndMore: https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/tools.andmore .
