Hiya,

Plug-ins can ONLY see jar's in their own root (or possible in
sub-directories of that - I have not tried that).
So what I do is to have a 'resources' plug-in with copies all the jar's I
need and then make this a required plug-in for all other plug-in's needing
those resources.
