I have report variables DSGFHTHR and DSGFLTHR as high and low threshold
values. Can the Y axis 2 series and subtype be changed from percent bar to stacked line?

If not, can I set them as markers for each bar in the chart?

Attached PDF: I am trying to set the High and Low threshold values on the top Bar Chart. Or maybe I can overlay the bottom line chart over the top Bar Chart, is that a better option?

You can change the second y series to a line series but I do not believe a line series can be made stacked.

You could add 2 line series to the bar chart and map your high and low threshold values to each series respectively which I believe should give you what you are wanting.
