hello my friends, I am a noob en android aplicactions and games, this is my first time. I have some problems or errors in my compilation. help me pls. I have installed all the apk :sources, items, android versions. etc
the errors are:

I have these libs in each folder
other errors are:

pls help me, I have installed a lot of updates for alla, java, eclipse, apk 
I do not know the solution for this.
