hi i am having problem in downloading eclipse kepler. i downloaded zip file of eclipse kepler, i extracted that zip file of eclipse kepler and after that when i am running the eclipse.exe file so it is not responding. no window is coming up after double clicking that eclipse.exe file. please help me what should i do. i want to install eclipse kepler sr2 for my android application project. thankyou

Where ever you extracted it, and possibly because of what unzipping method was used, you might not have retained Execute permissions for eclipse.exe. Alternately, retry it with a download of the current version: Luna SR2.
