Is possible to set double toolbar in efxclipse e4 (both with side: top; one below second)?

Hi,

No we'll only show the last one. Technically there's no reason why we
should not be able to render more than one so feel free to file a bug.

If you want it to be supported in e(fx)clipse, you should open the bug for e(fx)clipse .. you assigned the bug to e4 in general.
