To use a web font on a web page I have to include in the HTML for the page a <link> that looks something like:

<link href=' http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open Sans' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>

I know how to include a CSS file into a report but how would I include such a <link>?
