I've downloaded and unpacked this file:

eclipse-cpp-luna-SR1a-linux-gtk-x86_64.tar.gz

After starting Eclipse, when I click on any link in Welcome screen (f.ex. Workbench basics) I get new empty window and nothing happens!

I have this Java installed:

$ java -version
java version "1.8.0_31"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_31-b13)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.31-b07, mixed mode)

Aleks,

Perhaps it's trying to open an internal browser and that's not working
for some reason. In any case, you'll want to dismiss the welcome page
and then you'll have an empty IDE in which you can start to do your
C/C++ development. You'll want to use the CDT forum if you have
problems with that...
