Hello,

is there any way to setup LPEX as default editor for other
file types, like Makefiles?

Cheers,

Herbert

This is something peculiar to Eclipse, that it does associations based on
file extensions. So if you have files with no extension, to my knowledge,
you cannot specify an editor association for it.

Just to be more comprehensive in my previous answer:
if you do have some file extension, you can associate lpex with it by
clicking on Window -> Preferences, select Workbench -> File Editors
and there you will see a bunch of file type associations. You can
add / remove etc.

Try no extension, and you will be disappointed.
This issue might be better raised in the eclipse.tools forum.

Robert.
