Is this possible? Are configurations contained in the .project file? Any
file that can be checked into CVS and shared?

Found it, however it is unusable until variable substitution is supported
for VM -D args.

We need to ability to parameterize the debug/launch configurations, pass the
VM a PATH definition, etc.
