I tested this on Windows as well as on Linux (tested on XP and Ubuntu 7.10).
The problem is that the problem of getting no focus (Windows) still occurs.
Additionally on Linux the FileChooser dialog opens very slow in comparison with JRE 1.5 which make me think that this is related to the antialiased fonts in 1.6.
Also the most annoying bug

more frequently with 1.6 on Linux (maybe because of the antialiased fonts?).
I would appreciate it if anyone can share some information about this or has some information for a workaround.
It would be also interesting to get some information about the project status of the albireo project.
