we are evaluating RCPTT to replace our current GUI testing tools. We are working with 1.5.4.
Initially RCPTT performed much better and we were on track to switch, but, a major feature of our product is a visual editor for creating transaction transformations using palettes of processing and programmatic control by selecting and dragging what is needed onto an editor. Sorry, this a long way around to saying that when we recorded some use cases for this feature they did not work. Specifically the drag and drop failed to select or move or copy. I researched and found several issues raised regarding drag and drop but no indication of a fix. What I need at a minimum to a workaround for this issue. If there is none then unhappily so is our use of RCPTT.

Hi!
We might be able to help if you provide more details.
Following would be helpful to know:
- Steps to reproduce the problem.
- Execution details (from Execution view)
- What kind of editor do you use? Is it GEF, GMF, Jface?
- Can you provide an application or a minimal sample, where incorrect behaviour is reproduced? A code snippet of main problematic component would be fine too.
- If all else fails, provide widget details from assertion dialog.
