Bogus Syntax Errors [message #32650] Fri, 29 June 2007 20:11 Go to next message

Occasionally PDT will highlight syntax errors in documents where there
is no error. Simply deleting a character and putting it back often
convinces PDT there is actually no error, but sometimes it takes several
tries to get it to stop reporting syntax errors.

It almost seems as if typing too quickly will cause it to detect errors
where there are none.

When I updated to Eclipse 3.3 (Europa) and the latest nightly of PDT, it seemed that the bogus syntax error reporting went away. Actually, I find it a lot snappier now :)
