Hi Team,

We turned on API tools and have a bunch of these errors. At a high level we
made an abstract class internal because we want users to extend a concreate
class and not the abstract class.

I realize going forward we use annotations such as @noextend Classes. but
what do we do for the old code.

Is the only workaround to refactor the internal code to a public package?
